Interesting, the word hope usually has had negative connotations to me. If you want to "win" consistently in any area of life, you have to do the right thing not the wrong or half-way thing and hope for the best.It is usually this negative side that I see as one of the strongest curses of modern times. It dominates many forms of religion, social and enviromental policies and so on ad infinitum...I like to use the word "dream" instead for the positive expressions of hope.
